STORE POLICY

RETURNS ARE NOT PERMITTED  

 

If product has been tempered with (such as cut lace), we will NOT be able to refund you. You have 7 days to return product if product is untouched. If you try to return after 7 days, your return will not be successful.

It takes 8-10 business days not including weekends for unit to be complete.

Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for units that are being colored.  

​

Please allow 1-5 business days for your unit to be shipped.  

​

All orders will be processed and shipped on Fridays.

Bookings

Bookings open bi-monthly (Example: If you currently in the month of November you can ONLY book for November and December.) 

**New month bookings will open on the 31st of every other month.**

 

There will be a $100 non-refundable deposit due on the day of booking

Disclaimer: If you are requesting a custom color from another persons work please understand that it may not come out exactly like the picture/video you are referencing. It is my interpretation of the individuals work.

Please include Libby Laces LLC somewhere on the package (big enough where it can be visible)  

Please include your name inside of the package so I know what item belongs to you.
